Why I left the corporate world
For 12 years, I was HR Director at a manufacturing company in Quebec City. I saw firsthand: owners burning out, managers winging it, talent leaving for lack of structure.
I was done with corporate. I wanted real impact — not just filling boxes in a system. In an SMB, when you change something, you see the difference the following week.
I launched my practice to offer SMBs what big firms charge $50,000 a year for — but in an accessible, concrete and lasting way.
My philosophy
My goal is to make you autonomous. Not to create dependency. After 6 months, your team knows how to maintain the processes. You don't need me anymore — and that's exactly what I aim for.
